Sunshine Coast Driftwood Players
Association Driftwood Players, a registered non-profit society, has
been entertaining audiences on the Sunshine Coast for more than 40
years. During that time audiences have sat in school gyms, church
and community halls, and out-of-doors. Since April 2000, Driftwood
Players has had a home of its own at the Heritage Playhouse.
Driftwood Players has given the Gibsons Landing Heritage Society (GLHS)
financial and moral support in their project of restoring and
running the Heritage Playhouse, so that everyone in the community,
from youngsters to seniors, may have a venue for the performing
arts. Driftwood Players are honoured to be able to put on
productions in the Heritage Playhouse, to support the performing
arts on the Sunshine Coast and to provide income for the Heritage
Playhouse. To bring you good theatre, Driftwood Players would like
your support. Why not take out a membership and/or
participate both on and off the stage. If you would like to direct,
act, produce, work backstage (building sets, doing costumes,
make-up, hair, props), make posters or programs, or organize
